COT

It’s been a year since YHC joined F3 NATX. The amount of growth experienced is hard to put into words and it has changed my life for the better. Before joining F3, there was an undeniable stasis in life. The acceleration and disruption that F3 encourages has had a profound impact on the growth as a man, father, husband and follower of Christ. When Newton reached out to EH me, I didn’t know much about it. After the first workout, I thought it was a little crazy. After a year in the gloom alongside the HIM in our region, I can say that we’re still crazy, but we’re on to something big. I look forward to every workout and many years of growth with everyone.
