The PAX moseyed over to the soccer fields where we brought out the Dexacon.  Each PAX took a turn flipping over 1 card that would represent the workout and the second card which would represent the amount of reps (add 10 to every number).

Announcements

  • EC for Monday December 2nd we will be testing out the Garmin vs Apple GPS challenge to see which one is more accurate.  Also going to start Training for the MURPH by doing Pull ups in between a mile run.
  • Tuesday December 3rd is our monthly leadership meeting at the Starbucks at Lakeline and Crystal Falls.  All are welcome to come out as we will be meeting from 6am-7am.
  • Cable Guy is looking at doing a downtown Austin Ruck for the New Years.  Plan to do it on a Saturday and would be about a 10-12 mile Ruck.   Setting the date for Saturday January 25, 2020.  Be on the lookout on the Slack “Ruck” channel for final details.

As the month of November comes to a close, want to give thanks for this group and the opportunity for us to get together and Make ourselves better in fitness, our families, and our communities.   Everyone pushed hard today after a brutal few days in a row of workouts.
