The Daily Red Pill Challenge

According to the F3 Lexicon, the Daily Red Pill (DRP) is defined as a man’s daily Commitment to Accelerate his Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. To put it another way, the DRP is the resolve a man must demonstrate through his actions every day in order to improve in all areas of his life.

In 2020, our F3 NATX PAX will have the opportunity to take their own Daily Red Pill and demonstrate their commitment to accelerate their Fitness, Fellowship and Faith in a series of monthly and quarterly challenges – all under the umbrella of The DRP Challenge.

(a daily target is included for reference)
  • The goal is to perform the target rep amount for both exercises by the end of the month

Quarterly DRP Challenges

Quarterly Challenge Instructions

Quarterly challenges are slightly more complicated:

  • A series of achievements will be listed at the beginning of every quarter
    (i.e. ruck for 75 miles, run a 5K race, bring 1 FNG)
  • A target number of achievements completed will also be set at the beginning of the quarter
  • The goal is to reach the target number of achievements by the final day of the quarter:
