The Thang #2

The PAX moseyed over to the turf field.  QIC laid out 4 cones in a square 15 yards apart.  The PAX would do a workout at each station and then all get to the next cone by way of the QIC’s choice

  • Station 1:  20 flutter kicks IC,  Lunge walk to next cone
  • Station 2: 20 Lindsay Von’s IC, broad jump to next cone
  • Station 3: 20 american hammers IC, sumo walk to next cone
  • Station 4: 30 crunchy frogs IC, crab walk to final cone

Mary

  • Since it was Mr. Texas’ first time working out at Robin’s Hood had picked an exercise to burn our pecs.
  • 10 slow wide merkins, 8 slow regular merkins, 6 slow diamond merkins
  • That totaled our merkin count to 134 so we decided to do 6 more to make an even 140 merkins
  • Circle of fire: The PAX then decided we wanted to hit 200 merkins for the day so all got in a circle and each PAX counted out 10 merkins around to total 60 more merkins.

Happy that all the PAX kept pushing each other today to do more than originally planned.  Excited what 2020 has in store for us as men and the group as a whole.
