The Thang

Today the PAX blasted their shoulders by holding some weight (1-5lbs) and keeping their hands above shoulders for the routine for 10 sets

  • 10 x burpees OYO
  • Grab the weights
  • 25 x squats with arms out SC
  • 25 x shoulder presses
  • 25 x arm raises
  • 10 x forward arm circles IC
  • Set down the weights

To keep things lively ever other set would do reverse arm circles + 40 x high knees C. During the 7th and 8th set, weights were not used to feel just how light the load was.
