The PAX moseyed to the bottom of the grassy hill and formed 2 lines. YHC kicked things off with Ricky Bearbys up to the top of the hill.

Next, the PAX partnered up (size mattered) for 2 rounds of buddy exercises:

  • Buddy Squats
  • Buddy Dips
  • Buddy Sit-ups


Mary looked slightly different today:

  • Lunges
  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • Burpees

PAX completed 2 rounds of each exercise; 60 seconds each.
