4 PAX rucked up Baghdad Road and back for 3 total miles. (Newton, Chernobyl, Golden Pinky, Gemini


  • No Warmarama as we went directly into MURPH  mode

The Thang – Murph Training

We decided go straight into MURPH training for our Saturday workout. We started with a 1 mile run down Baghdad and back.   We then split up the 100 pullups, 200 merkins, and 300 squats into 4 sections/rounds.  The sections went as such

  • 5 pullups, 10 merkins, 15 squats
  • 1,2,3,4 pullups, 2,4,6,8 merkins, 3,6,9,12 squats
  • 1,2,3,4 pullups, 2,4,6,8 merkins, 3,6,9,12 squats
  • Total for the round;  25 pullups, 50 merkins, 75 squats

We did 4 rounds of this to come to a completion of 100 pullups, 200 merkins, and 300 squats.

The PAX then ran another mile to complete the entire workout under 1 hour!


We were all gassed and didn’t have time for Mary.


  • REMINDER: WE WILL NOT BE WORKING OUT ON CHRISTMAS (WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 25) AND THERE WILL NOT BE Q SOURCE ON THURSDAY (DECEMBER 26)!! Sleep in, recover, and, most importantly, spend some quality time with your family. Look forward to seeing y’all again on Friday, December 27 at The Big House!

Great Saturday workout for those who could make it out.  We all pushed each other and got better because of it.  Want us to remember the season of giving and why we are celebrating during the season.  Excited to finish off the year and move forward into 2020.
