YHC put together a quick workout at the last minute.  In honor of May the 4th and Star Wars which has 12 movies, we performed 12 different exercises for 2 rounds total (with a little bonus at the end).

Announcements

  • Tomorrow May 5th is the leadership meeting at 6 am.   We will be discussing a timeline for trying to get our workouts back in person, among other things.  If you have a topic you want to discuss shoot it over to Golden Pinky or bring it up tomorrow.
  • Convergence Virtual workout with F3 Churham will be this Friday and next Friday.  It will be a home and home and we will be hosting the first workout.  Encourage all that can to be at the workout Friday for a beatdown from Golden Pinky.
