  • Monday March 2nd we will be working out at a new location called the Sasquatch with a convergence with F3 Austin .   Workout will be at 5:30 AM and this will count as a downrange.  Encourage everyone to come out for a good beat down.  F3NATX will also look to get there early for some EC.  Check out the Slack Channel for more info.
  • March 3rd we will be having our leadership meeting at Starbucks at Lakeline and Crystal Falls at 6 am.
  • March starts tomorrow which means a new DRP challenge for the month.  This month is WW1’s and Jumpsquats.  Have to complete 25 WW1’s per day and 50 Jump Squats which totals 775 WW1’s and 1550 Jump Squats for the month.

Great job by all that braved the Saturday Fart Sack and made it out for our DRP workout.  The word that I have been using this year is Consistency.  It fits with the DRP challenge and I challenge all PAX to do your best to be consistent.  This is an amazing group that I am blessed to be a part of and I have learned that the more you put into the group the more you get out of it.  We can take the qualities we learned from this group of guys and use it in our community, our family, and in our work life.

We ask the Lord to protect us and watch over us as we go out into the weekend.  Keep us safe in Jesus name we pray. Amen! AYE!
