Our workout was hard; doing it all over again was harder. Life tends to be the same way… doing the right thing once can be hard; doing the right thing over and over again is harder. As we roll into a new year, let’s all be aware of the habits we’re forming. Let’s be intentional about creating/sticking with positive habits and keep the same intentionality to identify/get rid of negative habits.
