The PAX moseyed to the grass near the main road where YHC had set up 10 cones spread out ~10 yards each. PAX partnered up for the ME.

  • Buddy Rush – Sprints
    • While Partner 2 holds plank, Partner 1 sprints to 1st cone and performs 5 burpees
    • After burpees, P1 holds plank and calls P2
    • P2 2 sprints past P1 to 2nd cone and performs 5 burpees
    • Rinse and repeat to final cone
  • Buddy Rush – Bear Crawl
    • While P2 holds plank, P1 bear crawls to 1st cone and performs 5 burpees
    • After burpees, P1 holds plank and calls P2
    • P2 2 bear crawls past P1 to 2nd cone and performs 5 burpees
    • Rinse and repeat to final cone
  • Buddy wall squat, lunges, and sprint to car touch
  • Buddy trade off 20 lunges + 20 Bulgarian split squats
