10 SSH IC
10 Burpees OYO
10 BWS IC
10 LBAC IC
10 RLBAC IC
10 WMH IC
PAX moseyed to the RBMS entrance and lined up single file. Instead of performing Ricky Bobby’s, YHC introduced the PAX to Ricky Bear-by’s, in which all PAX Bear Crawled in a single file line, with the last PAX Bear Crawling to the front of the line–rotating until all PAX had a chance to go from last to first!
People’s Chair & 4 Corners of Pain
PAX then moseyed to the stands near the track and found enough wall to perform People’s Chair–holding the position until all PAX gave us a 10-count.
Immediately following People’s Chair, we discovered a 4 Corners court in front of the stands, so the PAX randomly assembled in one of the corners. For each corner, YHC asked a neighboring PAX what exercise the corner should perform–after exercises were chosen at all 4 corners, the PAX were told to flip-flop with their neighboring corner. In the end, it wouldn’t matter, as we rotated counter-clockwise to hit all 4 corners. At some point in the 4 Corners of Pain, the PAX performed:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Diamond Merkins
- 10 Jump Squats
- 10 Werkins (Wide-Arm Merkins)
AYG Sprint & Bear Crawls IC
Slow mosey to the goal line, followed by an AYG sprint to the other goal line (100 yards). After a couple 10-counts, the PAX made their way back to the original goal line by performing Bear Crawls IC (8-count), with WWIs (8 SC) mixed in for variety.
Not a lot of time left for Mary, but we capped off the workout with 20 Crunchy Frogs IC.

It’s always so special to me any time we get to meet a Friendly New Guy at one of our workouts. I’m obviously thrilled to see our group grow more and more each day, but the thing that excites me the most is the opportunity we’re given to impact another man’s life and for that man to impact our life as well. And, whether the workout today was a smokefest or snoozefest, we all showed up, which is the first step in making an impact!
