The Thang

Before F3, YHC worked out with Tony Horton and his P90X3 crew almost every day after work. Since joining F3, YHC had always wanted to share his favorite P90X3 workout with the PAX–today would be the day! PAX spread out across the parking lot and got ready for THE WARRIOR (4 rounds of exercises, 60 seconds for each exercise):

  • New AOs launch on April 1 – we will all be Converging for the grand opening of The Ranch House that Wednesday!
  • Shovel Flag making session for the new AOs tentatively scheduled for Saturday, March 21.
  • We are keeping our ear to the ground regarding COVID-19. Right now, we will continue our workouts, business as usual, but if/when things get worse, we will be sure to notify all PAX that workouts are suspended indefinitely when the time comes. For now, use your best judgment–if you feel sick, don’t come to the workout; if you feel uncomfortable coming to workouts, don’t come to the workout.


I love you all as brothers and I can’t tell you how much it means to me to be able to do life with you all. It kills me when life gets hard for you and you experience valleys in your life. It is inevitable that we will all experience valleys in our life, but my hope today is that you know you don’t have to walk through these valleys alone. Your F3 brothers will always be here to pick you up, walk alongside you, and encourage you to fight through to the other side. If you’re in a valley today, please know you don’t have to go it alone–we’re here for you and we love you, brother!
